Happy Sunday! Having a good weekend so far? I spent a few hours working on my garage today. Man.. did I ever open a can of worms on that little whim! If you need me next week I’ll be organizing tools, bikes, sports equipment and camping gear. It’ll be a party for sure. I know you’re all dying to join me. ;) Today I’m taking a mini break to talk about Spring sandals! I need a distraction from the heaviness of this virus and (because my day in the garage wore me out) I need a break from my obsessive organizing. Spring sandals are a very happy distraction! I’ve always loved having a March birthday for lots of reasons but one of them is that it’s the month when all of the fun Spring clothes and sandals come out. The two sandals above were a little birthday present to me from me and I love both pairs! The Sam Edelman slides are so comfy and perfect for every day running around. I also love the buckle and they come in lots of fun colors/patterns. The Noor Espadrille sandals are honestly perfection. Also very comfortable and just the perfect wedge that will go with anything and everything. Trust me.. you can’t go wrong with either!

This fun top from Anthro was my other birthday splurge. Like the wedges it’s one of those closet staples that works with everything! Joggers, jeans, skirts.. it can look slouchy or dressy depending on what you pair it with and the way it tapers in around the waist is very flattering. Fitted but not tight! My cute quilted purse was a steal at just $30. I’m kind of obsessed with quilted bags at the moment! My joggers sold out but these are similar and the price is so good I just ordered a pair! A little more casual look but so cute.

Same top paired with these cute tie waist joggers and my long time favorite Olida Sandals. So cute. These pink joggers are another fun option. Also I’m loving the Sincerely Jules new line with Bilabong. So many fun bright colors! It makes me excited for summer. This cute straw tote was one of the fun items in that line.

Of course things are looking a little more casual around here these days. A cute camo tee is about as dressed up as I’ve been the past two weeks! Good thing my comfy new slides work with pjs and sweats too. :) (Other fun camo options here!)

You are a brave, brave woman to tackle the garage. I remember being so impressed the last time you worked in there. I had a bit of garage envy (in addition to the drawer envy I have for your kitchen), haha. I’ve actually considered working in our garage, but figure I still have so much to do in the house I can put it off. True, funny story. Just yesterday my husband told me he was ordeing weather stripping for his truck, to give him something to do. I cam right back with,, you could clean the garage! I mean, most of the stuff in there is his anyway. He wasn’t near as intersted in cleaning the garage as he was in getting the weather stripping for his truck. LOL I tried. Your sandals are very pretty and I liked your little fashion show, too. The flowery top is beautiful. You find the nicest pieces! I also really liked the wicker looking bag. Too small for all the stuff that ends up in my purse, but oh so pretty! Good luck with the organzing. Take a break though and do something else so you don’t burn out! Hugs!
Jeanne that is too funny and sounds like Kenny! It’s the reason I always end up organizing the garage. Just doesn’t seem to be as much of a priority to him.. not sure why. ;) He did promise he’d mop the floor once I get things organized though so I’ll take that! Thanks for the sweet comment! I’m decluttering, cleaning and organizing my garage this week too! We were supposed to be road tripping to the Grand Canyon, that was obviously cancelled, so this is plan B. Garage hasn’t been touched in the 12 years we’ve owned the house, so I am in over my head. Can’t wait to see your space and get inspiration! Thanks for all you do.
