{pumpkin spatula & cookie cutter/fir & firewood candle/spiced cider candle/dish towel/similar soap/oak leaf plate}
I hope you’re enjoying your weekend! I’m sitting on my couch typing this post on my laptop enjoying the most heavenly Fall scent. My spiced cider candle to be exact. (I picked up another at Anthro with the cute items above.. they are perfect for gifts this time of year and are on sale this weekend!) Our weather has been cooling off (5 degrees but we’ll take it!) and Fall is in the air. Feels so good! This is a longer post today but I have so much to share! Fall decor in my powder bathroom, a few fun things I’ve been wearing and so many cute items on sale this weekend! I also rounded up Target Christmas favorites towards the end of the post. Have you seen them yet!? They are GOOD this year. Lots of beautiful Christmas decor has been arriving on my doorstep and I can’t help getting excited! I’ll share some things I’ve ordered and love in stories this week. I really need to figure out our Halloween costumes but I keep getting sidetracked with forest green throws and fa-la-la doormats. Ha. :)
Our little powder bathroom is always so easy to mix up for the season. Small spaces don’t take much! Just 10 minutes of swiping out a few things and the cozy factor went way up. I’ll take it.
{similar round tray here & here/chevron vase/spectrum pitcher/spiced cider candle/faux plant stem/similar croton stems}
I move a lot of decor through this bathroom by my long time favorite chevron vase is a staple that doesn’t move much. I added a few leaf stems, my new candle and this beloved little pitcher on a round wooden tray. Instant Fall! You might remember this cute little pitcher from my dining nook..
{wood serving board light wash/wood serving board dark wash/large reclaimed wood vase/ olive branch stems/smaller reclaimed wood vase/spectrum pitcher}
Probably my #1 favorite purchase this Fall (along with my faux olive branches) because it just looks so good everywhere I set it! That handle just had me at hello. Plus it’s such a perfect accent to pair with larger vases. It’s also on sale this weekend and I’m tempted to pick up another one because I keep moving it around my house so much. :)
{plaid throw (on sale!)/similar ladder here, here & here}
I usually set towels on this ladder but our fuzzy black and tan throw instantly made this space feel warm so I opted for it instead. Kole wasn’t very impressed with me when he saw it in the bathroom because he likes wrapping up in this throw on the couch. Oops. Sorry bud. Maybe not as practical now but it sure looks cute. Luckily he knows he’ll regain control of his throw before too long when this bathroom is decked in red.
This rug sold out so I linked some similar rugs that would be beautiful in a bathroom for Fall..
{dish towel that I decided is a hand towel}
This is actually a dish towel but it’s so soft and pretty I decided to use it as a hand towel. I’m tricky like that. :)
Love this little leaf dish. Would be cute holding hand soap too!
Fall in the powder bathroom! I smile every time I walk by. :)
1- knotted decorative object 2- faux fur throw 3- pitcher
4- jute pillow 5- pot 6- diamond dot pillow 7- dish towel
8- wood candle holder 9- beaded garland 10- textured pot
These are a few of my Anthro favorites that are all 20% off today! I ordered another dish towel for the kitchen. I also got it in pink for the Spring. Problem solved. :)
1- decorative star 2- wooden tree candle 3- stocking
4- garland 5- santa claus doormat
These cute holiday items are also 20% off!
1- apron 2- oven mitt 3- spatula and cookie cutter 4- dish towel
And these items on sale would be so much fun for gifts this time of year! I picked up a few of the spatula/cookie cutters. So cute to give to teachers or friends to just say “thankful for you.”
{faux sherpa cozy jacket/AG jeans/pointed toe mules}
A few cute Fall things I’ve been wearing. A 5 degree temp drop is all I need to bust out the jackets and boots! This sherpa jacket is the coziest! I found it at Nordstrom but it sold out so I did a little digging and found it on-line here too. I love the plaid pattern so much!
{faux sherpa cozy jacket/wide leg pants/pointed toe mules}
I bought these cute wide leg pants (in an attempt to get out of my jean/jogger rut!) and tried them with the jacket. Both of these items are on the baggy side so the jacket looks better paired with fitted pants and these pants look better with a more fitted shirt, but I do love these pants so I wanted to share them! They are a cute fit.. really high waisted! And obviously the model wearing them is taller than me.. ha. I think they are supposed to hit a little higher up on the ankle but I’ll just pretend they are supposed to touch the ground. Won’t be the first time. :) (I’m 5’3 and a half and wearing the xs for size reference).
{initial pendant necklace/balloon sleeve sweater/heidi over the knee boot/AG jeans}
This balloon sleeve sweater comes in lots of colors and is such a cute fit! Really soft and comfortable. I love a good puff sleeve. :)
{mock neck crop sweater/pointed toe mules/AG jeans}
This is another recent favorite sweater. The neck on it is so cute!
I love the length too.. it’s just a little longer in the back than in the front.
{script initial pendant neckalce/camo linen tee/AG jeans/heidi over the knee boot}
I need a new camo top about as much as I need another Christmas pillow but this one was calling my name! It’s so soft and I love that it has more black in it than most of my grey camos. I’ve already worn it enough to totally justify yet another camo tee. :)
{star seeker brushed jersey pajamas}
I’m nothing if not consistent. :) These pjs are also the coziest! And such a cute fit. They come in a variety of prints if you aren’t as big of a camo fan as I am. Although if you aren’t, might I ask why not!? I just don’t get it. ;) This set of pjs would make a perfect holiday gift!

Cute stuff, Erin. I love the warm and cozy feel of fall decor and you’ve found some lovelies! Oooh, I like the plaid jacket, too. Looks like a good snuggly one. Thanks for sharing your pretty decor and comfy clothes. :) We were at a college football game yesterday., our first. It was a lot of fun. What was really cool besides our team winning, was watching the paragliders just to our left. It was a gorgeous fall day with perfectly blue skies. It’s been SO long since I’ve seen those(blue skies, I mean). :) Have a great start to your new week, my friend. :)
Jeanne that sounds like such a perfect day! I’m so happy you got some sunshine and blue skies.. the best! :) Thank you!
I just ordered the Chevron vase and the picture can’t wait to receive them.
Thank you for the blog
You are so welcome Sherilynne. So sweet of you to let me know. Those are two staples you can use in so many ways all over your home. I hope you love them too! :)
Love all the cute ideas! I’ll be honest and say that Walmart has some bright, retro colors in their Christmas decor this year, so I’m leaning more in that direction. But your home is always such a beautiful inspiration!
Thank you so much MaryJo! I know.. I’m loving the bright colors too! So many fun options! :)
Erin,
That plaid jacket is SO good! I am tempted, but you know, living here in the North East I have ALREADY accumulated my limit on jackets……
Hmmmmm…BUT I do NOT have those EXACT colors in any jacket. I have black, tan, off white……I USED to have a plaid jacket……
USED to, so ……Maybe?
I know just what you mean by baggy(boxy) top, baggy pants…… Sponge Bob sq. pants look! ;-D
I JUST did it! at the beach place I went out wearing a loose(oversize)white cotton knit sweater(you can wear a white sweater w/everything right?)well, it seems that when you are wearing that type of sweater, you NEED more form fitting jeans or leggings! I had on lose fitting, dark putty color, safari style pants. NOT a good look! I am fairly thin(mostly sz 4) and I looked(in MY opinion) enormous, or at least “sloppy”. You, my friend, look MUCH, MUCH better pulling off the baggy with the baggy!
I just can not figure out WHAT type of top to wear w/those pants! They have been in original packaging since spring b/c of it!
BTW-The Christmas items are heavenly! I will look closer on Ig. Such a wonderful eye you have for ALL the seasons and ESPECIALLY Christmas!
I am usually bored w/the Christmas issues of my decorating mags once I get going w/your christmas pages on your blog.
Erin, your decorating is so approachable in so many ways. You always have a wide variety of price points so that a person can get started w/the decorating no matter if it needs to be on a frugal scale or a now and again BIG “splurge” or IF you are lucky enough- a FULL out shopping marathon splurge!
I see your “touches” around w/people I know! My recently married daughter, for one! Just months ago at her house I blurted out: “From Erins Blog!”
Take care and enjoy the pumpkins, etc. till Oct.31 when ,you will start seeing all things CHRISTMAS out of the corner of your eye.
I THINK I already did! ;-D
Sharon you make me smile so big! Thank you so much for your fun comment! Your Sponge Bob comment made me laugh out loud! Ha ha.. :) It means so much to me that you think my ideas are approachable. I definitely try to share a variety of price points! You are the sweetest and I’m so happy you enjoy my decorating touches. Give your married daughter a hug from me! Happy Christmas decorating! Getting so close!! :)
What size do you wear in the Jersey jammies?
Hi Lynette! I’m wearing a small! :)
