{woven serving basket/frida vase/real touch white tulip/small marble bunny/similar wood bunny}
How is your week going!? It is pretty dreary in CA right now with all of this rain. Can you be grateful for something and hate it at the same time? Ha. I’m sure many of you are tired of cold and gloomy weather too and ready for sunshine! I have been doing a little spring decorating here and there and while I don’t have one room that’s totally finished yet, these small pops of spring are definitely improving my mood! It all started with a few black trays and tulips.
{extra long woven basket tray/preserved moss (similar options here & here/eggs here/here/here/similar wooden bunny here & here/puff sleeve floral top/mother roller wide leg jeans/similar necklace/similar sandals/black hanover pendants}
Then I pulled out the speckled eggs and wood bunnies (no going back now).
Then I added a few new pillows in the rotation. (Sorry for the cell phone pics with bad lighting!)
{blocked woven pillow/patchwork pillow}
Nothing says spring like a good floral print. :)
{woven block print pillow/euro decorative pillow/windowpane pillow/stripe pattern pillow}
This large green euro pillow is about to be replaced with this windowpane pillow that’s coming. It sold out and I’ve been watching for it to come back in stock!
{textural woven throw pillow/pink throw blanket/wool jute rug}
{82″ artificial olive tree/iron planter with stand}
I ordered this cute olive tree a while back because I wanted something skinny for this spot. Â Then I bought this planter to elevate it, but I’m going to make the tree even higher by stacking it inside of the pot too. On the to-do list for next week.
I love this skinny tree! It’s very realistic and perfect for any cozy corner.
{celia tray here & here/Simplicity/AD at 100/abstract gold link/ceramic vase/horizontal landscape canvas/small rounded box/large rounded box}
I’m slowly bringing in sage green and soft pinks. It’s working well with black decor I already had up for winter. Love these rounded sage boxes too!

{mix of pink peonies (these & these)/black terracotta planter/hatch object/handwoven serving tray}
I pulled my pink peonies out which is always a mood booster! Then I ordered this black planter for them and the size is perfect. This handwoven tray you’ve seen rotate all around my house for years is on sale right now for just $24! So good.

{Santorini Urn/similar faux cherry blossoms/large oval leather tray/wood chain link/Dreary Abstract Landscape Canvas/gold candle holders/battery operated candles}
I decorated my console table the same as I had it last spring (still in love with this canvas!).
{large oval leather tray/wood chain link}
But I did swap the bowl I originally had here for this pretty sage leather tray. I love the way the green tray pulls out greens in the art.
{gold candle holders/battery operated candles}
These gold candle holders are so beautiful and a great price. Perfect size for my long time favorite battery operated candles. :)
{aged iron bowl/similar black board here & here}/eggs here/here/here}
I added some Easter eggs in the kitchen. Because why not?
{similar black pitcher/seagrass pitcher/large mango wood cheese board/marble & wood serving board/platters & boards/savor/minka textured pot/dinnerware/marble top servers/wood bunny serving board/similar scallop dishes/similar cake stand}
Then I added a wooden bunny to my shelves.
He’s cute on my shelf and cute serving crackers and cheese!
These two needed a friend.
It might be gloomy and rainy outside, but some early spring decorating definitely brought a little sunshine inside.
I’ll take it.
:)
Looks wonderful, Erin. Lots of fun pops of color and so many beautiful additions to your spaces. It must feel so good to set the stage for the new season no matter the gloom outside. We went from our first 70 degree day yesterday to much cooler temps and snow and rain. haha! That’s how we roll here, I guess. Have a great day, Erin. You bring sunshine wherever you go!
You are too kind Jeanne! Thank you so much. I bet that 70 degree day felt so good! Hopefully they will start popping up more often! Wishing you a happy day! :) xo
Erin, do you store anything in those basket under the console table? It looks very deep and perfect to hide stuff.
I do! Blankets. :)
Really so lovely Erin! Feels Just like Spring. NOW-to the decor closet???? :-D :) :-D Yes???
Coming so soon! :)
P.S. Absolutely in love with that Minka pot! Do you need it?? ;-D
Seriously the BEST pot! I do need it and so do you! ha. ;)
Have you ever shared how you organize your pillows and throws? I’m struggling with this now and if anyone knows, it should be you!
Hi Holly! I use storage bags to store seasonal pillows and then the rest I rotate are organized in a closet upstairs. I will try to share pics of that closet soon! My seasonal pillow storage solution you can see here:
